We are interested in acquiring suitable properties throughout Northern Ireland and in Great Britain where we have operated for many years.

For many years Rodney Williamson has been an established commercial landlord with a range of blue chip tenants including McDonalds, Nationwide Building Society and Dillon Bass. JRW1 has built a strong rental portfolio but is always seeking to add to it. The team are currently working on a number of exciting projects including a new out of town business park as well as the redevelopment and upgrading some of the existing portfolio.

Our people have an in depth knowledge of commercial property, its development and rental. We have recently redeveloped and refurbished a local restaurant which has become a successful rental and thriving business.
